We never use online portals — certified mail creates a legal paper trail that establishes federal proof of delivery and starts the statutory 30-day investigation clock. 30-Day Deadline Tracking

Federal law gives bureaus exactly 30 days to investigate your dispute. We track every single deadline — to the day. When a bureau misses their deadline, we escalate immediately with a formal CFPB complaint documenting the violation. When they respond with a rubber-stamp "verified" answer, we send Method of Verification demands that force them to explain exactly how they investigated.

Results & Next Rounds

Items are removed or verified. We pull updated credit reports and analyze the results. For anything remaining, we escalate with increasingly aggressive legal tools: Method of Verification demands, sworn notarized affidavits, direct furnisher disputes under FCRA Section 623, CFPB formal complaints, and Intent to Sue letters with itemized damages calculations. 3 full rounds of escalation are included in your one-time fee.

Why Certified Mail — Never Online Portals

Most credit repair companies use online dispute portals because they are fast and cheap. We refuse to. Here is why.

Legal Evidence

USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt creates federal proof of delivery. This is admissible evidence in court and starts the statutory 30-day clock that bureaus cannot dispute.
