47-Point Metro2 Audit
We scan all three bureaus — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion — using our proprietary 47-point checklist based on Metro2 data formatting standards. Every tradeline is examined for account status code mismatches, payment rating errors, DOFD re-aging, balance inaccuracies, ECOA code errors, and 41 additional data points. We identify every disputable inaccuracy before writing a single letter.
Certified Mail Disputes
Every dispute letter is sent via USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested. We never use online portals — certified mail creates a legal paper trail that establishes federal proof of delivery and starts the statutory 30-day investigation clock. Each letter cites specific FCRA sections, relevant court decisions, and current CFPB enforcement actions against the bureaus.

Every letter sent via USPS Certified Mail
30-Day Deadline Tracking
Federal law gives bureaus exactly 30 days to investigate your dispute. We track every single deadline — to the day. When a bureau misses their deadline, we escalate immediately with a formal CFPB complaint documenting the violation. When they respond with a rubber-stamp "verified" answer, we send Method of Verification demands that force them to explain exactly how they investigated.
Results & Next Rounds
Items are removed or verified. We pull updated credit reports and analyze the results. For anything remaining, we escalate with increasingly aggressive legal tools: Method of Verification demands, sworn notarized affidavits, direct furnisher disputes under FCRA Section 623, CFPB formal complaints, and Intent to Sue letters with itemized damages calculations. 3 full rounds of escalation are included in your one-time fee.
Our Method
Why Certified Mail — Never Online Portals
Most credit repair companies use online dispute portals because they are fast and cheap. We refuse to. Here is why.
Legal Evidence
USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt creates federal proof of delivery. This is admissible evidence in court and starts the statutory 30-day clock that bureaus cannot dispute. Online portals create no such record — the bureau controls the timestamp and can claim they never received your dispute.
Full Narrative Preserved
Online portals compress your detailed dispute into an e-OSCAR code — a 2-digit code that strips away all context, documentation, and legal citations. Certified mail forces the bureau to receive your full multi-page letter with every legal argument, supporting document, and statutory reference intact.
Harder to Rubber-Stamp
When a bureau receives a detailed certified letter citing specific statutes, court decisions, and current enforcement actions, they know a consumer (or their advocate) is serious. Online disputes are trivially easy for bureaus to run through automated systems that "verify" everything without actual investigation.
