5. Right to Cancel
In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 USC 1679 et seq., you have the right to cancel this agreement within three (3) business days from the date you sign the contract, without any penalty or obligation. To cancel, you must notify us in writing at credit@flowautomate.ai within the three-business-day period.
If you cancel within the three-business-day period, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. After the three-business-day cancellation period, fees are non-refundable as work on your case will have commenced.
6. No Guarantee of Specific Results
Flow Credit Solutions does not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Removal of any specific item from your credit report
- A specific credit score increase
- Approval for any credit product, loan, or financial service
- A specific timeline for results
Credit bureaus are required by law to investigate disputes within 30 days and delete information they cannot verify. However, the outcome of each dispute depends on the specific facts and the bureau's investigation. We guarantee that we will professionally and diligently pursue every legitimate dispute using the full scope of federal consumer protection law.
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost. You may also obtain a free copy of your credit report from each bureau once per year at annualcreditreport.com.
7. Dispute Process
Our dispute process follows a structured four-round approach:
- Round 1: Initial disputes citing FCRA Section 611(a) with specific inaccuracies identified in our analysis
- Round 2: Method of Verification demands under FCRA Section 611(a)(6)(B)(iii) for items reported as "verified"
- Round 3: Sworn affidavit of inaccuracy with direct furnisher dispute under FCRA Section 623
- Round 4: Escalation including CFPB complaints, Intent to Sue letters, and BBB complaints
All dispute letters are sent via USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested. We do not use online dispute portals. The timing between rounds depends on bureau response times and the statutory deadlines applicable to each dispute.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flow Credit Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Credit decisions made by third-party lenders based on your credit report
- Actions taken by credit bureaus, creditors, or debt collectors
